EMC Software/Hardware Maintenance Support is not available for purchase on the open market, State Term Contract, or GSA Schedule 70. EMC software and support is proprietary, only available through EMC Corporation. DEO must maintain the software/hardware support agreement per the DEO Contract C0369. It is vital to the continuation of the Connect system for Reemployment Assistance in order to process requests for benefits in Florida. The Department confirms compliance with posting requirements in section 287.057(3) (c), Florida Statutes and with chapter 60A-1.045 (4) (b), Florida Administrative Code. DEO has determined the single source is justified Approved By (names & titles, as appropriate, e.g., requestor, requestor management, information systems, budget, purchasing, DMS approver)
