Job Description Our business development team members help local businesses connect their products and services with people in our community. You will be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with your customers. You will work with them to see if their needs align with our products. You will have a 121 meeting each week with your coach. Tuesday thru Friday will be spent in the field working with customers and prospects. You set your own schedule based on your customer’s needs.
