In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Larry and Johnny Arnold; and stepfather, Everett Thurman. Survivors include her husband, Fred W. Harvey of Tullahoma; sons, Kevin Hale and wife, Jessica of Tullahoma and William Prater and wife, Julia of Tullahoma; daughter, Jamie D. Hale of Tullahoma; brothers, Jack Arnold and wife, Jane of Estill Springs and Eddie Arnold of Atlanta; twin sister, Annette Matthews of Decherd; grandchildren, Sebastian, Katelyn and Ashleigh; and many nieces, nephews and good friends.
