Instructions 1. Cut a small square of fabric, enough to fit your shape 2. Cut the iron-on adhesive to the same size 3. Place adhesive on back of material to be bonded (paper liner should be face up) 4. Place and hold iron on the paper liner for about 2 seconds 5. Trace your desired shape onto the paper liner, and cut it out 6. Peal off the liner and place onto onsie (or shirt), adhesive side down 7. Press and hold iron on the material for approximately 8 second

IMPORTANT

Do not increase the heat of the iron... it must stay at medium, with no steam
