Internship with Women’s Ministry

Title: Women’s Ministry Intern Reporting Relationships: Women’s Pastor & Women’s Ministry Team Hours:

20 per week

Availability: Flexible—some days, evenings, weekends

Spiritual Qualifications:     

Follower of Jesus committed to spiritual growth and a healthy lifestyle Member of Vineyard Columbus (VC) Understands and agrees with the values and mission of VC Models the expectations and standards of VC staff Has a sense of calling to ministry, particularly to women—to work with, minister to and raise up women in Christ

Responsibilities as an Intern:      

Participate with women’s ministry team in strategic planning for events Help oversee and administrate events for women at Cooper Road (registration, hospitality, follow-up, record keeping, set-up/tear down) Recruit women for service and ministry opportunities (emailing, phone calling, meetings) Communications and promotions through writing/design, social media Ministry support (meeting with/prayer) to women as needs arise Various additional duties possible
