It is the intent of Lane County to contract with AlertSense for these services during the period of April 1, 2015 through April 1, 2018 based on the NJPA (National Joint Powers Alliance). Lane County intends to purchase Alert and Notification Services through AlertSense. AlertSense provides state, local, and federal government agencies and corporations with mass notification services that enable the rapid exchange of information between agencies, citizens and other interested individuals, corporations and/or agencies. Lane County intends to purchase these services on an estimated annual basis in the amount of $40,000.00. Potential vendors may submit comments/protests to Paula Bearden by email at
[email protected] regarding this intent by March 19th, 2015 no later than 5:00 p.m. (PST), or by mail to 125 East 8th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97401. Upon receiving comments, the department will notify the vendor pertaining to the submitted comments.
