Things you can check before you call... Is the smell stronger in the basement? Check you downstairs bathroom faucets (sinks, showers and baths) The water traps may have evaporated due to lack of use. Check your roof vents Your septic pipes from the house actually vent through the roof. This time of year those vents can freeze with snow. You can eliminate these blockages by pouring boiling water down the frozen pipe. DO NOT WORRY! WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!
* We have a Jetter to eliminate blockages in septic pipes (see Above picture) (We are not able to fix blocked roof pipes)

* We have thawing blankets to heat from the surface down (see Above picture)
We have the capability of jetting frozen or plugged septic lines (basically we pressurize extremely hot water through a small hose that goes through your pipe) This does a great job of removing ice. If it is a bigger problem, we have thawing blankets and ground heaters to allow us to thaw frozen ground from above to repair your septic system and/or pipes. We also offer FREE ESTIMATES!
