We are seeking a hard-working, very detailed individual who is looking to use their accounting and analytical skill to efficiently manage our escrow files and the accounting associated with each. This person must work very well with others, manage multiple files and projects while also remaining focused and detailed oriented. They must also have a strong knowledge of finance and/or accounting to be able to execute file specific banking transactions daily and perform financial analysis and auditing tasks on an ongoing basis. South Oak Title is looking for a part-time individual who is extremely organized, focused, relatable, able to multi-task, hard-working, exudes a helpful attitude, and last but not least, is of the utmost integrity. Escrow Accountant will: Manage Escrow Transactions Disburse and finalize closing documents Actively manage projects and solve problems Analyze and audit partner offices MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or comparable. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a must; knowledge of AIM+ software is an advantage. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as demonstrated in previous positions • Aggressively passionate about working hard and completing projects • Strong organizational skills Job Type: Part-time (20-25hrs/week), position is available immediately.
