As a Farms resident, we want you to join us to celebrate the opening of “From Farms to Gold: The History of Beverly Farms” on May 1st from 6 to 8pm at the Cabot House right in downtown Beverly. This exhibit will transport you back through the history of the Farms from the early days when farmers worked the fertile fields to the Gold Coast soirées of the 20th century. HISTORIC BEVERLY Direct Mail Campaign After designing a new brandmark for Historic Beverly in 2017, we were hired to create, design and fulfill an original membership piece.The membership campaign leveraged an upcoming exhibit— From Farms to Gold: The History of Beverly Farms” to invite a segmented population of their target audience for an invitation-only party.

• The mailing included: >a  n off-the-shelf gold envelope with a custom teaser and personalization > personalized letter with perforated “ticket” >m  embership brochure > free exhibit pass >b  usiness card for the Executive Director. • New/Renewed Membership incentive gifts included customized postcard tins with postcard reproductions of pieces in the exhibit along with a canvas tote. • The mailing had a 22% response rate.
