Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church Policy of Session L-1: Treatment of Stakeholders With respect to interactions with ministry stakeholders (worshipers, members, attendees, ministry recipients), the Senior Pastor shall ensure that any practice, activity, decision, condition, procedure, or organizational circumstance is safe, fair, equitable, and not in violation of Session policies, CHPC By-Laws, EPC Book of Order and state and federal laws. Accordingly, the Senior Pastor will: 1. Provide opportunity for spiritual growth and nurturing of the stakeholders. 2. Use methods of managing that protect confidential information. 3. Establish responsive grievance procedures. 4. Establish policies and procedures that ensure a ministry and work environment free of discrimination and harassment. 5. Take reasonable steps to inform stakeholders of policies and procedures that impact them.
