Lynchburg Convention & Visitors Bureau offers Parking Solution for LOCKN’ Festival Thursday Cancellation Lynchburg, Va. – LOCKN’ Festival operators have delayed the opening of LOCKN’ campgrounds and Thursday performances care cancelled until further notice due to a severe Wednesday night thunderstorm of high winds which caused damage to the festival grounds, particularly the parking and campground area. To aid LOCKN’ Festival goers, the Lynchburg Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau has secured alternative overnight accommodations for the displaced campers. Overnight parking is available at the following spots in Lynchburg: 

JAMES RIVER CONFERENCE CENTER at 400 Court Street http://www.mapquest.com/maps…

Lynchburg welcomes displaced LOCKN’ Festival Goers!

Attention ‪Lockn RV’s and Campers: Lynchburg’s Regional Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) provides FREE septic tank dumping for RVs and campers. They are located at 2301 Concord Turnpike and are open 24 hours a day. Signs have been posted at the Plant to assist those who may need to dispose of their septic tank waste.
