Marriage & Wedding Ceremony Application Thank you for choosing to have your wedding with Harvest. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you as you seek to honor God through your wedding and marriage. Harvest Bible Chapel believes marriage is a monogamous, heterosexual union instituted and ordained by God (Genesis 2:18-25; Ephesians 5:22-33). As such, it is to be an exclusive covenantal union of one man and one woman for the purpose of a lifetime of mutual commitment and companionship. Applicants desiring to participate in the Harvest Bible Chapel pre-marital course, have a ceremony performed by a pastor or director employed by Harvest Bible Chapel, and/or use the facilities of the church, shall affirm their agreement with the Position and Policy on Marriage and Human Sexuality of Harvest Bible Chapel, and shall conduct themselves in a manner consistent therewith. This application is divided into 3 parts (Part 1: Marriage (Groom) | Part 2: Marriage (Bride) | Part 3: Wedding Ceremony). Provided everything is complete, you can expect to be contacted within 2 weeks to schedule a Pre-Marriage meeting with a Harvest Pastor or Director. Harvest Facility Due to our weekend services, please be advised that our Worship Center is not available for use after 2:00pm on Saturdays or before 3pm on Sundays. Our facility (excluding the Worship Center) is available until 4:00pm on Saturdays or after 3pm on Sundays. When using Harvest Bible Chapel for your wedding ceremony, a Harvest Wedding Coordinator will be selected to work with the couple in accordance with Harvest’s policies and procedures and will be the liaison between the couple and Harvest Staff.

Officiating Pastor Pastor Rob’s teaching schedule does not allow for many weddings. However, there are several others on our staff who would be available to officiate your wedding. After your application is approved, you will be contacted within 2 weeks by a Harvest Staff member to set-up a “Pre-Marriage Meeting” with a Pastor/Director. If you choose a pastor who does not attend Harvest, to officiate your ceremony please read through the HBC Policies & Procedures for guest pastor requirements and requested documents. Guest pastors will need to be approved by Harvest before the date can be reserved for your rehearsal and wedding ceremony.
