Prior Lake Chamber News

Greetings from your Chamber Chair - Andrew Anthony Andrew Anthony Insurance Agency - COUNTRY Financial Networking, Networking, Networking was the big theme this month as we held the Progressive luncheon at the beautiful Brackett’s Crossing Country Club. This setting is perfect for this meeting as our members were able to meet and speak to dozens of other chamber members as we progressed from soup to entree, to dessert. It’s like speed dating for business as everyone at the table got a chance speak about their business and express who would be a great referral for them or how we could help their business overall. I suspect many connections were made as we received great feedback from our members. To quote Michael Beach, Michael Beach Coaching and Consulting, “The Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce Progressive Luncheon's are the most productive and fun meetings of the year! Put it on your calendar! “ Almost 200 ladies attended the spring edition of Ladies Night Out held at Sailor’s Greenhouse. The ladies enjoyed making flower pots, prizes, beverages, desserts and visiting with many of our Chamber members who set up vendor tables. Looking forward to a busy May as we have some fun events on the schedule. Our sold out Senior Luncheon is on May 1 and is another opportunity for our members to get involved by volunteering or donating a gift from your company to be given away at the luncheon. The Chamber sponsored Lunch and Learn this month is with Kristen Haugen from KC Haugen Law. She will speak on the top 10 legal tips for business.

PriorNet Networking Tuesday, 7:30 am - Chamber Office Thursday, Noon - City Hall PriorNet is a business networking group that helps business people increase their revenues through referral marketing. There is one representative per profession/industry. We would love to have you join us! Please contact us to confirm there is an opening in your category.
