Ministry Opportunities The Altar Flowers are Given to the Glory of God In honor of the United Methodist Women by Regina Warren. Community Breakfast Service: Every Sunday at 8:00 a.m. To donate to this ministry, please write “Breakfast” on your offering envelope. Prayer meeting & Sunday school review every Wednesday at 6 pm. Upcoming Sunday school study –Follow Me: John 21:15-25 Child Abuse Prevention – Blue Sunday: Join the Youth Choir in wearing the color blue to worship on Sunday, April 15th. We will pray for the millions of victims of child abuse and for those who rescue them. Worship & Arts Division Meeting: Monday, April 9th at 6:00 p.m. Adult Bible Small Groups: Join us for a 6-week study entitled The Shout: Finding the Prophetic Voice on Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. and Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. Books are available for $10.00 in the office. Prime Timers (Senior Adult Fellowship & Lunch): Tuesday, April 10th at 10:30 a.m. To donate to this ministry, please write “Prime Timers” on your offering envelope or you may choose to give at the event. Mission Team Meeting: Sunday, April 15th after worship. Koinonia Lunch Group (all invited): Sunday, April 15th after worship at Sweet Tea’s Restaurant (2205 3rd Ave. South, Birmingham, AL 35233). Finance Team Meeting: Monday, April 16th at 6:00 p.m. Discipleship Division Meeting: Wednesday, April 18th at 5:00 p.m. Children’s Church Volunteers: We are creating a new way to engage our children (ages 4-7) during the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service. Those with a passion for empowering the next generation are needed to serve as volunteers. To volunteer, sign-up in the Welcome Center.
