Video Editor/Motion Graphics Artist Summary Life Changers International Church and our global television ministry are expanding! We are looking for a passionate and creative team player to join our staff. Requires commitment to operate as a team, respecting the individual demands on others but never placing individual responsibilities above the goal of the team or the success of the church. We are looking for a multi-talented video editor/motion graphics artist with DSLR camera knowledge. Must have studio, ENG, and live event production experience. This position will report directly to the Media Technical Manager.

Essential Functions    

Shooting and editing a globally televised weekly program, television commercials, service videos, and event promos Motion graphics for all video production needs Assist with development and execution of creative design concepts for CTA’s (Call to Action), promo spots, and special programming Work with the production team and key vendor partners to develop concepts and present to management

Qualifications & Requirements             

Must demonstrate full understanding and wholehearted agreement with Life Changers International Church Statement of Purpose, Vision, and Culture MINIMUM 5 YEARS VIDEO EDITING/MOTION GRAPHICS EXPERIENCE Ideal candidate has studio and live production experience Advanced knowledge of Final Cut Pro 7 and Adobe Premier Pro required Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator required Advanced knowledge of 3DS MAX, Cinema 4D, or Element 3D is required Advanced DSLR camera knowledge is preferred Experience with lighting and sound equipment required Must have the ability to take a project all the way from pre-production to post production without support if needed Must be willing to meet tight deadlines Strong sensibilities regarding music, emotion, and imagery Creative Storyteller Must be willing to learn and adapt the cultural pillars that guide our work: Teamwork, Can, Change, Innovation, Creativity, Excellence, Accountability, and Collaboration

Physical Demands   

Must be willing to work extended hours Must be able to speak and hear, as well as bend, stand and sit for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours). Must be able to lift 50-100lbs

This is a Full-Time position with normal hours Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm and evening and weekend hours as job duties demand, as well as specific holidays.
