The Chancellor will travel to Blackpool on the afternoon of 10 October, and will not return to London before the weekend of L5/L6 October.

2. While he will be receiving boxes at B1ackpool, he will not be able to deal there with the customary mass of papers; and it cannot be assumed ttrat he will be able to react ín' stantly to any.
