Approval of Minutes: Jeremy Johnson made the motion to accept the Treasurers report, Dave Scheel Second, Motion approved. Comments: Whitey asks a question- are all team fees paid as of tonight? Answer: Yes 1. Why does an Executive Board member not have to pay full team fees? 2. Why can they pay late?

Sam addressed the issue to the league: Her team is made up of over 50% new players to the league, it was voted on by a majority of the Board, the players pay full fee and then the players pay an adjusted fee towards a Team Fee. This was also done for the Two mens teams created at Paly Day. Mike Nutter asked that we table the discussion, second by Jim Poer. Discussion Tabled. Dave Scheel made the motion to accept the Treasurers report, Jeremy Johnson Second, Motion approved. Spring Ball • Website- Kobi Blue is shutting down as of July 9. Options- League Apps Team Snap • Social Media-Eric is placing snapshots of the current L.C. teams on other leagues Facebook websites getting the L.C. information out there. • Pride Walk- Thanks to Chris, Rafa and Robert for organizing it. A committee consisting of Terri, Chris, Wyndi and Sam will meet and adjust and refine the process. • End of Season Party- Sunday, June 15 Silver Fox Time .T.B.D. • Concernso Changing the schedule for 1 player- we as a Board have decided that to change the schedule it must be a Board decision (vote). o P.A.B.O.I. Jerseys- It was talked about and decided that they were not ordered to take off their jerseys as was thought. The new managers agreed to remove the jerseys of those who could and return them.

501C3 Marc spoke to Mike Nutter on 5/19 and let him know that he may not use the 501C3 without League/Board approval. o Questions and Concerns about Pegasus using the 501C3 at Pride.  How is money accounted for?  Who and how are the volunteers chosen? Mike Nutter addressed” It is a Pegasus fundraiser; we open it up to other teams”  Is there a criteria?  He is not allowing All Teams to participate.  Is there a Tax issue Liability to use the 501C3? Question to Mike Nutter- was there ever a direct invitation to the League to participate? We could not find one in the League minutes. Mike Nutter addressed and said It was mentioned in the beginning of the year and past teams were contacted. o

Whitey Whitehurst made the motion- that the League apply to run a beer booth for LB Pride with 25% going to the league and 75% going to the teams who participate. It is run by the league and participants are only league members. Second by Patty Felker Discussion: We are limited in how much fundraising we can do as a non-profit We need a policy on whom and how to use the 501C3 The Board will discuss and come up with a Policy.
