Whitey Whitehurst made the motion to approve the minutes from November 19, 2013 and January 29, 2014 and February 18, 2014, second by Mike Silva, Motion Approved. II.

Mike Nutter made the motion to accept the Treasurers report, Randall Homer second, Motion approved. III. Chair Reports: I.O.G. By-Laws are 2/3 complete Advertising 1/3 page Adin the LB Pride Magazine $850 Comments- Is it worth it this late into the season. They will also be directed to the website to get them informed. There will also be a contingent of Surf and Sun Members walking in the Parade. Managers will be contacted by the Pride Parade Chairs.

Miller/Coors $1,500 Cash $1,000 Awards What they want: A. Banner on the website across the top. B. Accounting of League and L.C. Awards There will be a Dunk Tank at Executive Suite On Sunday May 18 if anyone wants to run/help run it and of course staff if with dunkees? Team 50/50 split with the League contact Marc if interested.
