Jim Poer made the motion to approve the minutes from May 20, Jeremy Johnson second, motion approved.

Treasurers Report:

$14,632 Checking $22,003 Savings $ 5,464 PayPal $42,099 Total Whitey Whitehurst made the motion to accept the treasurers report, second by Jim Poer, motion carried.

Spring Ball: • Liberty Classic- We have 44 teams All games will be played at H.B. Sports Complex Registration- Executive Suite- Friday, July 4th from 5 -9pm Saturday at fields- between fields 2 and 3 Dirt will have a table at both sets of fields

Website: We will be switching over to Team Snap. They are working on a fix so we can have our rating done online. The New York league is also switching over Team Snap so we have a group of people at Team Snap designing a ratings page. Go and look at the site, it is really easy to access and maneuver.

Ratification Of New I.O.G (By-Laws) Passed out to all Managers on May 20, 2014 at the League Meeting We will quickly go through any questions people have in regards to the I.O.G. and address them and change as needed. • Amend - 5.06- Expiration of Membership League Membership shall expire for all members on the 1st day of the Spring Season of the following year in which the membership fee was paid. • Amend – 16.01.01 The League shall keep: 1. Adequate and correct books and records of account 2. Written minutes of the proceedings of its Board and committees of the Board 3. Meeting Minutes- Minutes must be recorded at all meetings and returned to the Secretary for retention. 4. List of Membership (added) • Discussion-Whitey asked should we add a Fundraising and Marketing Position to the Board? Maybe this should be a committee. We will address this as part of the League Codes or in the Board to accommodate this, as it is felt that we need something in place. Motion- Dave Scheel made the motion to accept the By-Laws as amended, with a rewording of Article 11.07 Member’s Right to Attend Board Meetings, which will be voted on at the next League Meeting. It was second by Nate Smith. • We had 63% (12/19) of the managers present to vote and of the voting Board we had 66%(6/9). Combined we had 64% (18/28) of voting members present. Quorum established. Motion Passed

Ratification Of New League Codes Passed out to all Managers on May 20, 2014 at the League Meeting We will quickly go through any questions people have in regards to the League Codes and address them and change as needed. Amend • 4.03- A manager is responsible for collecting all fees (Team Fees, Membership Fees and any other fees) and submitting along with a roster of all players they are paying for, to the League by the due date set by the Board. • 7.06.c omit ASA change • 9.02 Omit dispensary • 9.10- amend of $200 to up to $200 • Omit 13.03 All players on the game line-up card must sign the Sign-in-Sheet by the end of the first inning and submit it to the plate umpire. 13.4 will now become 13.03 and so forth following for 13.05. • 16.02 The Vice Commissioner or designee shall create the League Schedule for all Divisions.
