OLMC Depression Book Group A discussion group for those struggling with depression and anxiety Sponsored by Outreach and Pastoral Care Council

Are you feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed or hopeless? Know that you are not alone! When we are depressed, our own best thinking is distorted. Come join us and be reminded of who God created you to be. In our group, we stress the principles for leading a whole and holy life. This will be a discussion group covering the book The Catholic Guide to Depression by Aaron Kheriaty, MD and Fr. John Cihak.

DETAILS The first meeting will be Wed, May 3rd from 7:00-8:30pm. We’ll meet in the OLMC School Teacher’s Lounge. Enter the school and go right; signs will be posted to direct you. Books will be handed out at the first meeting. To register, email your contact information to Jayne Slaton at [email protected]. There is no cost to register.
