“Extra” Chicks will not be available for pick up, for 3 days AFTER pre-order pick up dates. Pre Order customers have first priority for chicks.

Due to situations beyond our control regarding hatching times, shipments of poultry may not arrive on the exact date delivery dates listed above. And due to situations beyond our control quantity and variety are subject to availability. *Please understand, we cannot guarantee sex of the birds ordered* 90% accuracy from hatchery*

Chicks MUST BE ORDERED/LEAVE STORE in multiples of 6 per arrival date. Any order not picked up within 4 days of arrival will be sold on a first come first serve basis. I understand that day old poultry is extremely fragile and highly susceptible to pneumonia and other diseases. We cannot control fatalities caused by improper care or forces of nature—including fatalities caused by inadequate brooder temperature, lack of feed or water, excessive handling or any other form of neglect. No chick replacement will be offered in these circumstances. Owego Agway is not responsible for poultry, after they leave the care of the store.
