PRAYER MINISTRY ASSISTANT – April 2017 Prayer Room Coordinator • Promote the Prayer Room including organizing Prayer Room Open Houses and encouraging staff and church members to be intercessors • Orientation & training for Prayer Room intercessors • Schedule for Prayer Room intercessors; church members, staff & community • Maintain Prayer resources, handouts & tracks in the Prayer Room & Prayer Office

Administration • Promote Prayer Ministry events & projects o Working with Wanda Crane, Prayer Special Events Coordinator o Coordinating with Kathy Davis, Rebecca Meadows & Val McCord for church & community promotion-bulletins, TV, flyers, announcements and more. • Enter information & promotions on the Prayer webpage • Monitor Facebook & any social media • Monitor Prayer boxes throughout the church (maintain Prayer cards, pick up Prayer Requests) • Work with Barbara & Lecia to put together a quarterly newsletter
