When does the 20% Privilegecard discount revert back to the normal level of 10%? After 11.59pm on Friday 4 October.  What if something I would like to purchase is unavailable/out of stock? You will only be able to purchase goods/services that are in stock during the five days the 20% discount is live. All our product lines are sold on a ‘when it’s gone, it’s gone’ basis, including branded tablets, so please do be aware that availability is limited. 

This is now the second time we’ve run a Privilegecard double discount – is this going to become a yearly offer? We know how popular the double discount was last year, and we’ve brought it back again to say thanks once again for all your hard work. We’re unable to say now whether we will be able to run the offer next year.  Will this affect my annual Privilegecard discount limit? Any additional 10% discount this during the five day period will not go towards your Privilegecard cap.

 If I do not have a Privilegecard yet (i.e. I have not served 6 months at Tesco/My card is lost or stolen), can I still take part in the offer? Unfortunately anyone who does not have a Privilegecard cannot take part in the offer.  What happens if I’ve used the full allocation of my Privilegecard allowance Once your full yearly allowance has been used up, you will not be entitled to any further discount on products in-store or on Tesco direct. 

Will the amount of Clubcard points awarded be affected by the increased discount? The number of Clubcard points awarded will be determined on the total spend after the 20% colleague discount is applied.  Will I be able to combine the 20% colleague discount with Clubcard Boost? Yes, the value of your Clubcard coupons will be deducted from the value of the product after your 20% Privilegecard discount has already been applied. For example – if you buy a product for £100 you will now receive a 20% discount and only pay £80. If you choose to use your Boost tokens, they will be applied to the £80 so you get the most value out of your discount.  How does this offer work on Tesco.com/groceries? To qualify for the 20% off colleague discount with your Privilegecard at tesco.com/groceries, you must have a delivery between 6am 30 September 2013 and 11.59pm 4 October 2013 inclusive, spending at least £1 and entering your Privilegecard details.  How will the 20% discount be displayed on my Tesco.com/groceries order? The 20% discount will not be shown on the website or on your confirmation email (it will remain at the 10% discount) however you will see the discount applied when you receive your delivery or collect your order from store during the double discount period.
