2018 AMERICHEER INDIVIDUAL SKILLS & DRILLS & COLLEGE PREP OVERNIGHT CAMPS INSTRUCTIONS 1. Complete the entire registration form including all CAP and/or VIP codes/discounts if applicable. 2. Include a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per athlete. Note: Deposits are due no later than 30 days prior to your camp date. If registering late, call AmeriCheer for availability of space. 3. Send one check, credit card, or PO only. Make checks payable to AmeriCheer Summer Camps. 4. All confirmation materials including invoice, release forms, camp schedule, and all other pertinent information will be emailed to the contact as soon as the deposit has been received and registration is processed. 5. IMPORTANT: Due to contractual obligations with host college/university • Any increase in the number of athletes attending will be excepted up to 21 days prior to camp dates. Any increase in the number of athletes inside 21 days will be accepted based on availablility. Call AmeriCheer to inquire if space is available. • Any decrease in the number of athletes will result in the forfeit of the $50 per athlete non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Any decrease inside of 21 days prior to camp dates will not be permitted and orginal amount will be owed in full.
