Competitive Sealed Bid # 1404-048 Traffic Signal Installation and Geometric Improvements at the Intersection of Panther Creek Parkway at Grayhawk Boulevard and Traffic Signal Installation at the Intersection of Lebanon Road at Rushmore Drive and Traffic Signal Installation and Geometric Improvements at the Intersection of Lebanon Road and Lone Star Ranch Parkway By the City of Frisco, Texas The City of Frisco (“City”) is accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the bid of the Traffic Signal Installation and Geometric Improvements at the Intersection of Panther Creek Parkway at Grayhawk Boulevard, Traffic Signal Installation at the Intersection of Lebanon Road at Rushmore Drive, and Traffic Signal Installation and Geometric Improvements at the Intersection of Lebanon Road and Lone Star Ranch Parkway within the City. The City will receive responses to this Competitive Sealed Bid at Frisco City Hall; Attention: Brian Moen, P.E., Assistant Director of Engineering/Transportation; 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. 3rd Floor, Frisco, Texas 75034 until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. The Bid Documents may be examined without charge at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Frisco, Texas 75034 in the Engineering Department, or may be obtained in person at the office of the Engineer, Savant Group, 1700 Pacific Avenue, Suite 1240, Dallas, TX 75201, for a non-refundable fee of sixty dollars ($60.00). The bids will be publicly opened and read at Frisco City Hall located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., 3rd Floor, Frisco, Texas on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 2:05 PM in Room 3C. Receipt of responses does not bind the City to any contract for said products or services, nor does it give any guarantee that a contract for the Bid will be awarded.
