FEDERAL AFFAIRS CONFERENCE & TOUR The Richardson Chamber’s Federal Affairs Conference & Tour will be Richardson’s first trip to Washington, D.C. Delegate will travel to our nation’s Capital to meet with legislators, learn about the federal legislative process, tour the capitol and enjoy D.C. in the Spring. Currently our schedule includes a private tour of the Capitol, briefings at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, visiting the Senate and House of Representatives, and sightseeing around D.C. Join us! It’ll be a lot of fun and educational, too. Attendees will be responsible for their own flight and accommodations. Check-in at our host hotel begins at 2 pm, and our first activity is dinner at 5:30 pm. We recommend flights that arrive at DCA before 4 pm. Sponsoring at one of the levels below gives you good access and recognition to the national elected officials. Contact: Molly Ulmer at 972-792-2811 or [email protected] for more information. Dates: Monday, April 2 at 5:30 pm – Wednesday, April 5 at 12 pm 2017 Sponsorship Levels Limit
