Key Objectives You will help our clients fully understand the ICEflo solution and drive the successful adoption of ICEflo through creating and delivering engaging training programs. You will understand the customer's needs, help develop their training strategy, and ultimately deliver ICEflo training across their organisation, using a variety of modules and delivery methods.

Job Description Specifically your role will include: • • • • • • •

Creating ICEflo training courses Being creative in the production of training deliverables Working with the customer and Agenor Project Manager to devise structured and/or customised training programmes Creating and updating online training courses Delivering training in both the classroom (on-site) and virtually Meeting deadlines and work closely with customers to meet their expectations Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously

Mandatory Skills and Experience To be successful in the Training Consultant role at Agenor Technology you need to have/be: • • • • • • • • • • • • •

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent training delivery, public speaking and facilitation skills Good planning, presentation, time and project management skills Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Analytical and consultative skills to assess new demands and requirements More than three years of training experience Professional certificates in Training and Development Developing and presenting training materials via webinar and in-classroom Able to develop training curriculum, documentation, presentations and manuals Experience in delivering online, live meeting presentations or instructional sessions Willing and able to participate in functional testing of new product releases as a means of acquiring and maintaining expert product knowledge Willing and able to travel and spend time with customers UK wide Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever changing environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter

Desirable Skills and Experience • • • • •

Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of training philosophy and adult education practices Working experience in content authoring software such as ScreenSteps, Articulate and Camtasia would be an advantage Experience in training delivery for HP Service Centre, BMC Remedy or similar ITIL solution would be an advantage Project Management experience and/or PRINCE2 qualification would be an advantage Previous participation in a highly complex IT implementation team would be an advantage
