Scholarship Application At Calvary Church, we don’t want a lack of funds to keep you from attending an event. If you have a financial need, please complete the following application. The information you supply will help us determine your need and allow us to make wise choices regarding the amount of scholarship funds we will be able to offer you. Typically, we are able to provide some form of scholarship assistance for an event. Please understand, however, that we are limited in the amount of scholarships we are able to offer and must be good stewards of the financial resources entrusted to us. Every effort will certainly be made to provide needed financial assistance. All of the information contained on this application will be held in confidence. Scholarships are available up to 2 weeks before an event “as funds” are available. Scholarships will be granted based on need. All scholarships require a minimum payment with application. As a general rule, scholarship grants will not exceed 50% of event costs. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration. After 2 requests for a scholarship, the family requesting the scholarship will need to be referred from the Pastoral Care Center before more scholarships are granted. When a scholarship is granted, students / parents should exhibit wise stewardship in regard to “add-on” events (i.e. skiing, etc) All scholarships must have completed scholarship forms.
