San Jose Country Club |May 2, 2016 On Monday, May, 2nd, the fifteenth annual Sam Kouvaris Dreams Come True Golf Tournament returns to San Jose Golf & Country Club. This one-of-a-kind tournament hosted by Sam Kouvaris, longtime supporter and board member of Dreams Come True aims to raise funds in support of dreams and services provided throughout the year. Last year was a great success with 128 golfers participating and more than $140,000 raised. Participants will enjoy a lunch, golf, cocktail party and dinner with awards and an exciting silent and live auction.
