GET INVOLVED If you would like to be part of the email prayer team praying for the upcoming Missions Conference, please contact Jeff N. Volunteers are still needed to help with the BabyCare Diaper Bank. If you can give 2 hours each week, please contact Marge V. Next Sunday is Food Drive Sunday! Any commercially canned or packaged food within their freshness dates, toiletries and paper products should be placed in the bin located in the Welcome Center.

Not everyone who wants to come to church can make it . . . but the church can go to them! Join us in "bringing the church" to our friends at nursing/assisted living homes! Meet at church at 2:15pm. Then we’ll head out to our locations. Once at the locations, we'll fan out throughout our sites and invite people to come sing, hear a brief devotional, and socialize. The services at each location will begin at 3pm. Come encourage hearts and be encouraged. It’s a great activity for the whole family!

Everyone who participates in a Life Group is warmly invited to an All-Life Group Potluck on Sunday, February 11 from 5-7pm in the Multi-Purpose Room. Please bring a dish to pass. Also, each Life Group is encouraged to provide a group display of talent for the accompanying Talent Show! Get those creative juices flowing and be ready for an evening of good eats, laughs, and heart-felt encouragement from the body of Christ!

The 69

annual Missions Conference is just around the corner!

This year’s theme, Good News in the Desert, is based on Acts 8:26-40. Our keynote speaker, Dr. Craig Ott, is on staff at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and is the current ReachGlobal Chair of Mission. Along with Dr. Ott’s encouraging words and challenge to each of us, the weekend will be filled with incredible opportunities to see how God is at work in and through our 18 supported missionary families and 5 partner ministries. Tickets for the Friday night Turkish Dinner are NOW on sale. The menu includes Crispy Cheese and Herb Filled Filo Pastry Rolls, Turkish Red Lentil and Bulgur Soup, Baked Turkish Meatballs, and more, plus Baklava for dessert! Ticket prices are $5 each or a family total of $20. Seating is limited to approximately 200, so buy your tickets early! Everyone is encouraged to sign up for the two Saturday morning events: the men’s potluck breakfast at 7:45am and the women’s potluck brunch at 10:30am, both held in the Multi-Purpose Room. Sign-ups are also important for the Kids for Missions program (designed for children in Kindergarten-Grade 3) to have sufficient crafts and snacks. Kids for Missions will run simultaneously with the two evening programs.

Tickets and sign-ups for all events will be available between services in the Welcome Center starting TODAY!
