THE BIBLE CHAPEL SHIPWRECKED Vacation Bible School 2018 Worship/Music Team Referral form

Student’s Name: _______________________ VBS is often a pivotal event in the faith development of children and all volunteers are held to a high standard of accountability to help make the entire event successful. We are looking for students who demonstrate the principles of the Christian faith through appropriate dress, positive attitude, and appropriate behavior as a worship leader/mentor to the children of VBS and outside of the church environment. They should be respectful of leaders, worship team members, and the children they are serving. They are expected to show up for all scheduled practices on time, be prepared, and have a positive, hard-working attitude. As a staff member of the Bible Chapel, I believe that the above student would be able to carry out this responsibility, to the best of my knowledge.
