The St. Regis Doha Announces The Return of its legendary Grand Brunch Qatar, Doha October 1, 2017 – The St. Regis Doha, The Finest Address in Qatar, is delighted to announce the return of the largest brunch in Doha, The St. Regis Grand Brunch, ready to marvel its guests during the coming season. With more than 2,000 square meters of decadent offerings prepared by leading Chefs from Astor Grill, Gordon Ramsay Doha, Opal by Gordon Ramsay, The Raw Bar and Vine Restaurant, The St. Regis Grand Brunch continues to delight guests with 16 unique food stations and 6 liquid bars. With shaded tables displayed on the spacious outdoor terrace, overlooking the Olympic-size pool and the Arabian Gulf, food lovers can indulge in an array of culinary delights showcasing the signature dishes from each restaurant. Antipasti, succulent cold cuts, beef Wellington, live pasta and risotto are featured alongside cooking stations manned by chefs ready to cook dishes to order and a carvery serving the finest meat cuts. There’s also an enticing seafood station with Fine de Claire oysters, Alaskan king crab legs, fresh salmon, clams, sushi and sashimi and a selection of authentic Indian curries, spicy temptations plus a large choice of artisan cheeses and an array of desserts. This culinary experience is accompanied by live music from the hotel’s resident band, usually featured in The Club. The six piece band will perform at The St. Regis Grand Brunch every week, with leading vocalist, Francesca Miola, who has a passion for singing and a voice that is beyond her years. She will be joined by Maurizio Maranto on the drums who spent his career in Brazil driven by the passion for the Afro-Brazilian's rhythm. Through his career, he collaborated with a number of international. Pianist, Alberto Lincetto, is an exciting addition to the band, having been studying jazz music and playing the piano from the age of 20, his favorite music genres are blues, soul and funk. Paolo Andriolo, a electric and acoustic bass player, has been in the music scene for more than 30 years, performing with many Italian and international artists such as
Gloria Gaynor, Gypsy Kings and Barbara Morrison. They will be joined by bassist Simone Bortolami, who rounds out the range of musicians.
