Series: Journey off the Map This Month: We are taking what we will be learning VBS week and turning it into a month long series so we get all we can out of our materials! Memory Verse of the month: Isaiah 30:21 “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’” NIV Event (s): TODAY we welcome Phil Abbott, our Middle School Pastor, as our special guest speaker! We had a great time at VBS this last week! Thank you to the many volunteers who committed time, energy, and financially giving to this outreach. Car Ride Talk: Prayer is the term used to describe when we are talking to God. Daniel (Daniel 6) made it a lifestyle to always talk to God and spend time with God. It was his #1 priority! So when the King of the land said there would be no more prayer, Daniel made a choice to follow God! Because he did that, God kept him safe from harm. How much of your time do you give to God every day?
