13.2 General Information The unique design of the Endless Pool facilitates direct sales to international customers. The pool is shipped in kit form for bolt-together assembly on site by two reasonably handy persons following detailed DVD’s or videos. No prior installation experience is required. Endless Pools have been installed using Endless Pool DVD’s or videos (in English) in countries like Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Mexico (NAFTA), England, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Romania, Spain, Norway, France, Italy, Malta, The Netherlands, Israel, Russia, Brazil and the West Indies. Videos can be provided in VHS or PAL format.
13.3 Purchasing Information A $3000 deposit is required to process each order and reserve a shipment date. Payment in full in US funds by check or wire is required before shipment. Depending upon the options selected, and the electric current requirements, shipment usually can be made in less than 30 days from the date of payment. Only complete Endless Pool® units will be sold. Components of the Standard Endless Pool® System, such as the propulsion system, are only available if purchased as a part of our Endless Pool Concrete System. Current pricing is subject to change without notice.
13.4 Freight & Customs All sales are EX WORKS EPI's dock in Aston, PA (near Philadelphia). This means that the customer is responsible for all shipping details to include customs and duties from EPI's factory to the final destination. Upon request, Endless Pools, Inc will get a shipping estimate and till recommend a local freight forwarder or ship collect. For customs and duty purposes, there may be some advantage to emphasize to the authorities that the Endless Pool is a "portable therapy spa," not a swimming pool.
13.5 Shipping Containers Each individual Endless Pool is packed by Endless Pools, Inc. (EPI) for export. Pools 14' in length or less deliver in two loads: one wooden box measuring 97"x49"x52" (121cm x 121cm x 243cm) weighing approximately 1,300 pounds (432kg) and a pallet of steel panels measuring 97"x32"x47" (246cm x 81cm x 119cm) weighing approximately 800 pounds (362kg). For pools 15' in length and longer, a third crate measuring 11' 6"x10"x6" (350cm x 251cm x 15cm) weighing approximately 150 pounds is used to ship the reinforcing channels. Additional options may require more packaging.
13.6 Electrical Requirements All circuits must be RCD (GFI) protected. All MCB’s (breakers) should be C-Type or motor rated that operate the hydraulic power unit, filtration pump and hydrotherapy jet pump if chosen. Modified wiring diagrams can be found in the appropriate Technical Bulletins and are based on wiring practices in the United Kingdom. All components are wired according to United States specifications and color coding.

13.7 Plumbing Requirements All plumbing for the pool, unless otherwise noted, is 1.5 inch Schedule 40 PVC. While we try to provide ample plumbing fittings and pipe, it may be necessary to get additional supplies locally. Some pool parts distributors may carry conversion pieces from Metric to SAE if needed. 13.8 Options Not Sold Internationally There are some options that Endless Pools does not sell to the International market. Those options are Gas Heaters (Natural or Propane), Dual Freeze Control Units and Cover Pumps.
