Staff Realignment Thank you for the evidence of confidence you as a congregation have voiced in affirming the leadership’s realignment of the staff. The new organizational chart more accurately reflects the roles and responsibilities that have existed for a while. There are a couple of changes that need to be highlighted. The additional responsibility that Jeff Dunmire is assuming in the area of media and technology is an expansion of what he has been doing and defines the person responsible for assuring technology projects are strategically planned and implemented. The triad of Senior Pastor (Travis Tobin), Worship Leader (Beth Hunnicutt) and Executive Pastor (Lee Childs) become a core team for coordinating, and integrating the various ministries toward accomplishing the strategic mission and values of FBC Garner as each of the ministers over the various areas implement their plans for ministry. One other change should be noted. The organizational chart indicates the addition of a Minister to Adults at some time in the future. This will be an additional key role as it will bring someone on staff with the focus of directing the ministries for our adults just as we have brought Matt Carter on to focus on ministering to young families and their children. Please refer to the revised organizational chart shown below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the personnel team or me.
