VOLUNTEER ROLES Registration Volunteers will help get the students checked in, verify we have all the necessary information along with payment, and direct students where to drop off their luggage. Registration assistance is needed during the following times: Friday 6pm – 9pm

Drivers Drivers for Believe Weekend will be responsible for making sure each person in the vehicle is buckled in safely. Drivers MUST arrive on time to each location.

Transportation is needed during the following times: Friday 9:30pm Saturday 9:30am, 1:30-4pm for canned food drive, 5pm, 7:45pm, & 9:30pm Sunday 10am

Security In addition to uniformed security officers, we will have Oakwood volunteers keeping watch through-out the event when students are on-site Security is needed during the following times: Friday 6pm– 10pm Saturday 9:30am– 1:30pm Saturday 5:00pm– 10pm

Can Food Drive Volunteers are needed to accept, sort, and load canned good onto the trailers. Trailers will be located at the church. Canned Food Drive assistance is needed during the following times: Saturday 1pm – 5 pm

Baptism Students make commitments throughout the weekend and will have the opportunity for Baptism during the 10:45 service that Sunday Morning. Volunteers will help get the students lined up, make sure they have on proper attire, and help with towels when they exit. Baptism assistance is needed during the following times: Sunday 10 am – 12 pm
