Community Center Reservations The community center is available to Plum Creek residents to reserve year round. To make a reservation complete the following steps: 1. Sign-in as a resident user to the Plum Creek HOA: www.plumcreektxhoa.com 2. Go to Stay Connected and select the Reservation Calendar. 3. Search the reservation calendar for available dates and times. 4. Select the Request Reservation button. 5. Fill in the on line form to hold the reservation. 6. Complete and return the Reservation Form pdf to the HOA office. Read the rules. 7. An approval email will be sent to your primary email in the Resident Directory. 8. You will need your pool key to open the first gate. Reservation Approval Process: • The HOA account must be paid current. • The paper Reservation Form must be turned in.

• Community Social Events take precedent over individual reservations. Review the Community Calendar for event dates. The community social event calendar is released in the first quarter of each year and published in the newsletter, eNews, and on the Plum Creek HOA website. Community Social Events include Front Porch Days, 4th of July, Hootenanny on the Hill, National Night Out and Holiday Bazaar. • Reservation approvals are sent to the primary email address listed in the Resident Directory. Make sure that your current email address is updated in the Resident Directory. • The approval email will come from: messenger@ associationvoice.com 2- 3 weeks prior to the event. This email will contain the access code. Make sure your pool key card is working. Call the Plum Creek HOA office at 512-262-1140 or email [email protected] with questions about the reservation process.

We’re excited about offering online association services and consider the service a valuable amenity for the association. PLUM CREEK POST THANK YOU FROM THE REC COMMITTEE The Rec Committee would like to thank volunteers who signed up via our online portal and served at various events throughout 2016! Also, thank you to those who came out to the Holiday Bazaar with Blue Santa in December. Blue Santa was very grateful for our neighborhood helping him buy gifts and wrap gifts for children in our area. We had a blast together! Thank you to these volunteers and committee members. PLUM CREEK POST (Continued from Page 3) Community Center Reservations: Plum Creek Community events, that require the usage of the clubhouse, will take precedence over any individual reservations. The recreation committee may need to use the community center the week prior to the event for set up. These community events are Front Porch Days (May), Fourth of July, Hootenanny on the Hill (October), National Night Out (October) and Holiday Bazaar (December). If you make a reservation on these dates in advance be aware that your reservation may be cancelled. The dates are published each year in the PC Post newsletter and the eNews in the first quarter of the year. Event Fanfare: Plum Creek HOA hosts many social events each year and you, your family and neighbors are always welcome! The events mostly take place in the parks, though some happen in other spots throughout the neighborhood. Social events promote teamwork and community involvement, and we encourage participation and volunteerism. If you live near a park, or on a running course trail, enjoy fanfare and community spirit during these events! As a courtesy to all, event dates are posted on the Plum Creek HOA website: www.plumcreektxhoa.com.
