TERMS & CONDITIONS • Bride and groom must stay at Vana Belle overnight on the day of the wedding ceremony (minimum 2 night stay). • If the number of wedding guests exceeds 30 persons, a minimum of 10 suites must be reserved on the day of the wedding ceremony. • Please contact us if the number of guests exceeds 40 persons as additional terms and conditions apply. • Special room rates for group reservations of 10 suites or more can be provided upon request. • For a weekend stay, a minimum of 12 room nights are required (Friday and Saturday inclusive). For example, guests could reserve 6 suites for 2 nights. • The standard number of guests in all packages is 6 guests. • The package items cannot be removed for discounts on the package price. • The Champagne or sparkling wine and cake served during the ceremony will serve up to 6 guests. • The resort reserves the right to postpone or change the venue of the ceremony due to the weather conditions or any force majeure. Our team of dedicated wedding planners are standing by to ensure you experience an exceptional wedding celebration at our beautiful resort.
