Deadline for all forms and Costume fee is Saturday, January 31st Dear Students and Parents, It’s that time again to begin preparations for our annual recital. Participation in this production is NOT MANDATORY! It is your choice to participate. Ticket price per seat: $17 which includes the service fee. Tickets will be purchased and ordered online. Online ordering information and recital procedures will be released along with the recital show schedule in the coming months. Dance participants will be in the dressing rooms for the show they are performing in. This admission pays for the rental of the auditorium and all the other expenses incurred in putting on the production. In order to provide an entertaining production that is not lengthy all classes will perform in just one recital either the 2pm or 5pm recital but not both. Please note: every effort will be made to accommodate siblings and relatives to perform in the same show. However this is not always possible. Students also enrolled in multiple classes, to avoid a lengthy recital, there is no guarantee that all dances will be performed in one show, some routines may be performed in different shows which would mean purchasing additional tickets for multiple shows. However, please be assured that every effort will be made on your behalf to accommodate needs when possible.

2015 Recital Participation Information Please read the following information very carefully. Costume Prices: Includes Costume and Tights or Socks $75.00 Child Sizes - Extra Small- Small youth $85.00 Child Sizes - Medium youth $95.00 Child Large- Adult Small- Adult Medium- Adult Large $100.00 Adult Extra Large
All Recital Fees and signed forms are due by Saturday, January 31st 2015 By this requirement, we hope to avoid “late orders” fees and also guarantees all registered students are accounted for. Beginning on Monday, February 2nd 2015 there will be a $25.00 late fee added (per costume). The costume companies levy this charge. All costume orders received after the due date must be filled as a separate order. These costumes might arrive AFTER we receive our initial shipment.
IMPORTANT! We also need to know who WILL NOT be participating in the recital as well
Other Services offered at the recital Video - Look for order forms in the Spring. Videotaping with phones and other personal recording devices is not permitted during the performance. Portraits - A professional photography company will be taking group and solo pictures the day of Dress Rehearsal. More information will be available during the Spring. Flowers - Flowers will be available to order for the Recital. Forms will be available during the Spring.
Free Recital T-Shirt All students that participate in the recital will receive a shirt. On the back of the shirt will be a list of the cast. Please make sure you circle the shirt size you want on the Costume Form. The shirts will be handed out at recital in goodie bags when you pick up your child from the dressing rooms after the show.

Agreement to Participate in the 2015 Recital (Non-participation signature is also required) Please read the following information carefully before signing the agreement, which is required by Saturday, January 31st.
1) I understand once I purchase a costume or costumes, there are NO REFUNDS issued once the order has been placed. 2) I understand that if I choose to cancel my costume order, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee if the costume has already been ordered. 3) I understand that if I have ordered the wrong size costume and it needs to be exchanged for a smaller or larger size, there is an exchange fee involved to do so of $35.00 in addition to a balance or refund depending on the size exchanged. 4) I understand beginning February 2nd, 2015 there will be a $25.00 late fee added (per costume). All costume orders received after the due date must be filled as a separate order. 5) I understand that my costume may not be picked up until my tuition account is in good standing along with any other outstanding charges that remain. 6) I understand that if I have ordered my costume late I will not hold studio responsible for any delays in shipping or overnight costs if needed. 7) I understand a staff member has been assigned to backstage operations during the performance, to ensure the safety, protection and welfare of my children. I agree to abide by the rules of all backstage procedures so as to not jeopardize the safety of the performers. 8) I understand that the studio will make every effort to schedule siblings to perform in the same show, however due to the amount of studio families this cannot be guaranteed.
