Your Help Is Needed St. Thomas Becket Parish will again be joining nearly two dozen churches in packing meals for Feed My Starving Children at the South of the River Mobile Pack 2019 event. This year’s packing location will be at Berean Baptist Church in Burnsville. The goal of this project is to provide 2 – 3 million meals to hungry children around the world. It is also geared to build stronger connections and relationships within the South of the River Christian faith communities. A sign-up table will be located in the commons area after the Masses on January 12/13. Volunteers can sign up for one of two evening packing sessions: • Tuesday, February 5: 6:00 – 8:30 PM or, • Thursday, February 7: 6:00 – 8:30 PM The goal for our parish is to have 100 volunteers or more (50 per session) and to raise at least $1,000. A donation box will also be available at the sign-up table.
