Three Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) healthcare plans – administered by BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois, including a high deductible option with a Health Savings Account (HSA), all offering flexibility to visit any health care provider chosen by the member. Comprehensive dental and vision coverage – administered by Delta Dental and VSP. Life and Disability insurance – including employer-paid Term Life, and Accident, Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage, employerprovided Long-Term Disability and Business Travel insurance coverage, and an option for Group Universal Life.
